#10 Three Ways To Disengage From Feeling Burnout In Your Life

Hey Warrior Queen! On this episode I decided that the best way to approach the topic of burnout is to have a conversation about it.  I bring to you 3 simple strategies to begin implementing today to help you work through the burnout you may be feeling in your life. 

We discuss that burnout isn't just work/career related and I break down the ways you know if you're feeling burnout.

I mentioned in the episode journaling and that journaling via paper and pen doesn't really set well with me, however, give me a journal prompt where I can type - I'm in it!  So found a great app that I feel would be something you to consider looking into if you as well feel that the old style journaling is something that you are resistant to, but want to give journaling a go as a form of self-care.  The app I'm referring to is Reflectly - Journal & AI Diary.  I do not receive compensation for mention this, I am just sharing a resource that I feel could be a great self-care implementation.  And specifically this app says - THE BEST JOURNAL APP FOR SELF-CARE AND MINDFULNESS.  It is a free app, but of course has In-App Purchases.  I've downloaded it and intend to use it.  I'd love to hear from you as well on whether you're currently using it and your thoughts or if you decide to give it a go - who are you liking it?
